State 28 were engaged to deliver 3000m2 of dynamic workplace fitout across 2 Levels at a CBD A Grade building. Centred on our client's core values and future operational needs, the result is an environment that embodies their essence. Through an in depth workplace strategy process by ACORPP, three pivotal themes were established: fostering connection and collaboration, nurturing focus spaces, and promoting wellness & sustainability, all while strengthening organisational identity.
The planning facilitates the `osmosis effect,' seamlessly encouraging interaction between colleagues whilst supporting the businesses high security needs. With an array of furniture settings, designed to cultivate productive engagements and impromptu gatherings. The design also prioritises focus work, meeting spaces & user well being, offering sanctuaries for rejuvenation amidst areas for collaboration & creativity. Considering the organisational identity State 28 have integrated the business's regulatory stature within the industry, honouring its formal identity through finishes and materiality while simultaneously nurturing an open and supportive internal organizational culture.
