Miriam Terry is the Director of State28 and comes with a diverse background spanning from oil and gas, to state politics. After relocating to Houston, Texas, she was employed by one of the USA’s largest residential lifestyle companies. The experience of living and working in Texas left an indelible mark upon returning to Australia in late 2009. Miriam founded State28, naming the company as a celebration of her love of Texas - the 28th state to join the union.

She draws on her diverse background to deliver tangible value to our client’s. A talent for curiosity sees Miriam complete detailed client briefing sessions where she has the ability to engender trust and therefore extract deep understanding of a client’s requirements. Ultimately, the collaborative approach employed by State28 starts with Miriam and flows through the principals of studio life. Flexible and calm when faced with a challenge, Miriam guides opportunity to overcome constraints within projects through innovation and strategy.
